WAGYU BRESAOLA

Premium cuts of British olive-fed Wagyu cross beef, complemented by a subtle blend of herbs and spices. We cure the beef for four weeks, then air-dry it to a silky texture with a luxuriously rich, deep flavour.

Serve it thinly sliced with rocket, shaved parmesan and a little lemon and olive oil, or on its own with a glass of red.

Ingredients: beef, garlic, spices, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite.

Wheat, dairy and gluten free.

Sliced 75g or 150g packs, 21-day shelf life. Whole piece 500g or 1kg, 3-month shelf life.
