We first made bacon for a few local chef friends. Word got out. The Breakfast Box is where that started, now with our handmade pork sausages and aromatic morcilla alongside.
Contains: 2 x 350g sliced packs of traditional breed back bacon, 2 x 250g sliced packs of Mangalitsa streaky bacon, 2 morcilla (approx. 250g) and 1 pack of pork sausages (approx. 450g).
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, pig blood, herbs, pepper, garlic, spices, sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, culture starter.
Wheat, dairy and gluten free.
Keep refrigerated. Sausages: use within 5 days. Bacon and morcilla: use within 14 days.
Storage & serving +
Keep refrigerated, and follow the date and guidance printed on the pack.

Produced in a facility that handles other cured meats. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the details.
Delivery & returns +
Air dried charcuterie is cured to keep, so it travels happily without refrigeration. Fresh cuts are sent with ice packs to hold temperature in transit. Orders placed before 8am on Thursday are dispatched the same week, and delivery is within 24 to 48 hours of shipping.
Because this is fresh food we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or not as it should be, get in touch and we will put it right.
