Mangalitsa back fat is added to super lean venison to create these rich and succulent bangers. All of our deer are sourced from right here on the Eridge Park estate, in fact they're so local we get them delivered by hand. A little pepper, salt, sugar and garlic is added, then just enough thyme, rosemary, bay and juniper to compliment the flavour of the meat. Perfect with creamy mashed potatoes and red wine gravy or simply enjoy in a sandwich with generous amounts of red currant jelly.
