Delivery & Collection

We want your charcuterie to arrive in perfect condition, so we pack and send it with real care.

When we send it. Orders placed before 9am on Wednesday are dispatched the same week. We do not dispatch Thursday to Sunday, so nothing sits in a depot over the weekend. You will get an email with a tracking link when your box is collected.

How it travels. We ship via Royal Mail and Parcelforce, and delivery is within 24 hours of dispatch on a tracked service. Our air dried meats and salami are ambient tested: whole pieces are cured to keep and travel perfectly well without refrigeration, which is rather the point of curing them properly. Sliced packs and fresh cuts travel with ice packs, and in warmer months we use insulated boxes so everything arrives as it left the farm. During warmer months raw cuts may be frozen before dispatch. They can partly defrost in transit, which is normal; refrigerate them on arrival and cook as you would fresh meat.

When it arrives. Whole pieces of air dried charcuterie and salami are happy in a cool, dry place. Sliced packs, fresh cuts, cooking chorizo, morcilla and bacon should go in the fridge. Once anything is opened, keep it refrigerated and follow the date printed on the pack.

Collection. Prefer to collect from the farm? You are very welcome. Get in touch and we will arrange a time and have your order ready.

If something goes wrong. Once your parcel is with the courier, timings are occasionally outside our control. If it arrives damaged or delayed, keep the packaging, photograph anything affected and contact us, and we will work with the courier to put it right.
