Delivery & Collection

We want your charcuterie to arrive in perfect condition, so we pack and send it with real care.

When we send it. Because our products are fresh and there's no reliable weekend courier, we post early in the week for chilled delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday — so your order never sits in a depot over the weekend. Orders placed after [11am Wednesday], or on Thursday and Friday, are sent out the following week.

How it travels. We ship via [Royal Mail / Parcelforce] and aim to have your parcel with you within 2–3 working days. All our air-dried meats and salami are 72-hour ambient-tested and safe to enjoy at room temperature. In warmer months, we may send some items frozen and packed with ice strips — they can partly defrost in transit but stay chilled and perfect to eat.

Collection. Prefer to collect? You're welcome to pick up from [the farm], [Tuesday–Friday, 9am–5pm] — just give us 24 hours' notice so we can have your order ready.

If something goes wrong. Once your parcel's with the courier, timings are occasionally outside our control. If it arrives damaged or delayed, please keep the packaging, photograph anything affected, and contact us within [48 hours] at [email] — we'll work with you and the courier to put it right.
