A very generous ratio of creamy Mangalitsa back fat is added to extra-lean Eridge Park venison to create this elegantly spiced variation on our award-winning cooking chorizo. Rich, succulent and deliciously meaty with the same gentle hit of chilli and smoky paprika, simply slice and fry for a delicious tapas treat or add to any recipe for a fantastic burst of flavour.
