WAGYU X SALAMI

This limited release salami is made with a mix of Mangalitsa pork mince and ground British Wagyu cross beef. Cubed Wagyu is added to the mix along with black pepper, garlic and whole yellow mustard seeds plus a generous dash of local Sussex dry white wine. Hung to gently dry for several months until ready and then thinly sliced to enjoy on its own or as part of any top class charcuterie platter.

Ingredients: pork, beef, garlic, pepper, mustard, sugar, wine, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite & culture starter.

Pre-sliced 75 grams. 20 day shelf life.
