Our Special Reserve range is produced using a minimum of 2-year-old Mangalitsa pigs specially selected from our woodland-reared herd. The Lomo is cured for three to four weeks, then hung to slowly air-dry for up to 18 months. This produces a deep and complex flavour infused with a blend of roasted spices and native herbs alongside luxuriously creamy layers of intramuscular fat. 

Ingredients: pork, herbs, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite.
