Our Special Reserve range is produced using minimum 2 year old Mangalitsa pigs specially selected from our woodland reared herd. The Lomo is cured for three to four weeks and then hung to slowly air dry for up to 18 months. This produces a deep and complex flavour infused with a blend of roasted spices and native herbs alongside luxuriously creamy layers of intramuscular fat. 

Ingredients: pork, herbs, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodum nitrite.
