SPECIAL RESERVE DUAL PACK

Our Special Reserve range comes from selected pigs taken to three years old, developing a truly luxurious abundance of fat. Cured for up to six weeks and hung for upwards of two years, these are the deepest flavours in the cure house. The dual-pack brings together two 100g sliced packs of Special Reserve ham, coppa or lomo, depending on what the drying room allows.

Ingredients: pork, herbs, spices, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite.

Wheat, dairy and gluten free.

2 x 100g sliced packs, 21-day shelf life.
