SPECIAL RESERVE DUAL-PACK

Our Special Reserve range is produced from larger, two year old Mangalitsa pigs that have developed a truly luxurious abundance of fat. Cured in the same way as our regular award-winning range, this Special Reserve Air-dried Ham and Coppa are then hung for up to 18 months to dry. This lengthy process creates a truly remarkable depth of flavour accentuated by incredible layers of creamy monounsaturated fat.
