RAW CUTS - MANGALITSA PORK CHOPS

These succulent pork chops are cut from the loin of our woodland-reared Mangalitsa pigs. Incredibly flavoursome but they are rarely available as this prime muscle Is normally reserved for our air-dried Lomo. Occasionally we have a loin or two to spare so when they come up grab some quick as they get snapped up fast. Best cooked over fire to render the incredibly flavoursome fat.
