RAW CUTS - MANGALITSA LOIN STEAKS

Two juicy loin steaks from our woodland-reared Mangalitsa pigs. Incredibly flavoursome and rarely available as this prime cut Is normally reserved for our air-dried Lomo. These don't come up often so grab some quick as they get snapped up fast. Best grilled, fried or cooked over fire to get all of that gloriously flavoursome fat rendered to perfection.
