MANGALITSA COOK-AT-HOME HAM

Our Mangalitsa Fiocco Hams are cured in exactly the same way as our award-winning air dried range. These rich, dark Fiocco hams, cooked to succulent perfection in your own home are a perfect addition to your festive table. 

Ingredients: pork, herbs, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite.

Preheat oven to 170C degrees. Cook for approximately 50-60 mins (size dependant) to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and allow to rest covered for at least 15 minutes before serving, or allow to cool and refrigerate until needed.
