Mangalitsa pork belly is finally ground and hand-mixed with Calabrian chilli, roasted red peppers, smoked paprika, and a drop of dry white wine to create this soft, spreadable salami. Rich and intense with a distinctive fiery finish, our take on this Italian classic can be enjoyed simply on warm, crusty bread, as a pizza topping, or to add serious depth of flavour to sauces and stews.
