Just like our air-dried ham, the Spalla (similar to ham but from the shoulder) is kept deliciously simple, cured with black pepper and our signature blend of herbs. Hung for up to six months, it's then ready to slice and enjoy.
Ingredients : pork, herbs, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite,
Wheat, Dairy & Gluten Free.
Sliced 75 or 150 grams, 21-day shelf life.
Whole 500 or 100 grams - 6 months shelf life
