Just like our air dried ham the Spalla (similar to ham but from the shoulder) is kept deliciously simple, cured with black pepper and our signature blend of herbs. Hung for up to six months it's then ready to slice and enjoy.
Ingredients : pork, herbs, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite,
Wheat, Dairy & Gluten Free.
Pre-sliced 75 grams, 21 day shelf life.
