Hi Charcuterie Lovers,

Just to let you all know that we have successfully received a 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods for our Special Reserve Coppa.

This is our special reserve coppa, using the whole neck muscle from a fully matured 2 year old Mangalitza which is deep in colour; rich in flavour, with ribbons of unique creamy marbling running through.
