Mangalitsa Lardo (approx. 100g) - Deliciously creamy back fat cured in black pepper, garlic, rosemary and Sicilian sea salt for a minimum of 6 months.

Mangalitsa Papada/Guançiale (approx. 150g) - Jowl and cheek cured in a complex blend of herbs and spices for one tinted weeks then briefly hung to dry until firm.

Mangalitsa Pancetta (approx. 150g) - Made from the premium, fattier belly pork, cured and dried in the same way as our papada/giançiale.

Mangalitsa Morcilla x 1 (approx. 100g) - A Spanish-style black pudding, our spicy blood sausage is made to an old family recipe we learnt in Spain. 

Mangalitsa Cooking Chorizo x 2 (approx. 300g) - An award-winning favourite, this chorizo is packed with flavour, incredibly versatile whether simply fried and served as a tapa or used to elevate any dish.

Mangalitsa Streaky Bacon Lardons (approx. 250g) - Deliciously succulent and flavoursome, our bacon is perfect as the base of any stew or pasta sauce.

Mangalitsa Nduja (approx. 100g) - This rich, spreadable salami is a perfect blend of belly pork, smoked paprika, Spanish white wine and Calabrian chillis.

Pure Mangalitsa Fat (approx. 300g) - High in omega 3 and monounsaturated fat and so good for cooking roasties, Yorkshire puds, in fact anything that needs that little extra oomph. 

Mangalitsa 'Stock Cubes' (approx. 150g) - Made from the end cuts of our air-dried whole muscle range. All those weeks in cure and months of hanging create these immensely concentrated flavour bombs that are perfect  for stocks and stews.
