MASON SURVIVAL VENISON BOX
MASON SURVIVAL VENISON BOX
This selection has been personally curated by Michael Mason to demonstrate the rich flavour and versatility of our incredible local Fallow and Sika deer. Featuring a prime loin fillet, four haunch steaks, diced and minced venison plus two hearts. Raised with minimal interference, the deer are free to roam, living on a natural diet foraged from the land resulting in a fantastic depth of flavour.
Eridge is the oldest deer park in England, second only in size to Windsor Great Park. Listed in the Domesday Book of 1086 it was owned by Bishop Odo of Bayeux, Earl of Kent. A gift from his half-brother William the Conqueror, the estate has been supplying venison to the country's nobility for almost a thousand years. It is a real privilege to be able to share such high welfare and sustainable meat with those who will truly appreciate its provenance and flavour.
Please allow one week for delivery as each deer is culled to order in the wild then butchered to create your box.
